Clarion Water provides independent residential water testing, diagnostic explanations, and water treatment system design and installation for homeowners. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number to Clarion Water, you agree to receive automated and personalized text messages regarding your appointment, diagnostic results, service updates, and account notifications.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" in response to any message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Support Instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@clarionwater.co.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Rates and Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

All water treatment system recommendations and pricing estimates provided by Clarion Water are based on the specific hydrological testing of your property. Due to fluctuations in material costs, all written quotes and estimates remain valid for a period of exactly 30 days from the date the diagnostic test is completed.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and diagnostic methodologies, is the property of Clarion Water and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clarion Water shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.

While we strive to provide precise and accurate diagnostic information, the homeowner is responsible for ensuring that all property and contact information provided to us is accurate. Clarion Water is not liable for service delays resulting from inaccurate user-provided information.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
